Snippet Resdata To XML

Thank you for your release, but this kinda sparks a subject about the game, wouldn't converting all files to binary be more efficient both in size, parsing time, etc...?

P.S: Funny unrelated story, my keyboard broke down writing this post, had to go outside to buy a new one and finish writing lol
