After encountering negativity and suggestions that I should ban all users from the Philippines, I've chosen to take the opposite approach. While this decision might have caused some disagreements, I believe it's important to foster a welcoming environment for people of all nationalities.
As a result, I will be lifting all IP bans from the Philippines. If your IP hasn't been removed yet, please give me a day or two to address it, or contact me directly with your IP address, and I'll make sure to resolve it as soon as possible.
