Abandoned Party Skill Resting/Stretching Edit

So I've been thinking about editing party skills and making some of them useful.
I thought of turning the "Resting/Stretching" party skill into a Penya Drop Rate buff.
I've edited the name and icon for it, removed the Sit animation for it and those parts worked.
I've also added the penya rate dst and I've tried to edit the propTroupSkill.txt and added the DST_PENYAS to the dwDestParam1
and it shows up ingame but it doesn't increase the penya drop when activated
I tried both of the DSTs that I added DST_PENYAS_RATE and DST_PENYAS but it doesnt work.
Although if I put the Attributes, as awake for an item, the penya attribute works.
