Snippet Inventry sort dupe fix (Retail V21.2 only)

In the previous forum, I think it was Florist who posted a message that it was possible to dupe stackable items using the Private shop.
so..this is the fix. This is my fix, maybe there is a better way to do it - I don't know, it's up to you and it's working.

Or you can actually fix completly the issues instead by adding IsUsableItem for pSrFLItemElem & pDestItemElem on CItemContainer<T>::Align.
