Halloween Pang - Perfect Version of a spooky Pang

I did this Halloween Version of the Buffpang 2 years ago for fun. Then gave it to a few specific server owners/customers for free.
Now why not just dropping it here?
It may be cool to replace the original Buffpang with this one while the Halloween vibe is going on, or maybe even add this dude as a special event Pet?
