Nice and simple guide, also perhaps if you could add every columns explanation for propItem.txt, guide would be also useful for other items not only fashions.

Thanks, yes, I like to keep it noob friendly so that they can learn the basic principles while copy and pasting the code. a detailed guide on the columns of propitem as well as propmover will be out in the near future, I figured that it will be on a separate/different guide since I want to explain it comprehensively.
